Tai brings over 20 years of professional experience to leadership coaching work. Tai’s professional work spans the areas of leadership in education, corporate law, fundraising, policy, advocacy, community organizing, managing executive directors, developing national programs, talent acquisition, talent management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion work within organizations ranging from 7 to 2,000 employees.

Tai’s coaching focuses on developing others to define goals and remove persistent barriers in accomplishing their personal and professional goals. The result is helping clients lead in a way that is self-liberating, enabling them to reach higher levels of joy, satisfaction, and balance in their work lives and personal lives. Tai’s coaching support is a true collaboration customized around a client’s unique needs and she takes each client through a process of surfacing the biggest challenges or hurdles ahead and setting goals about what they would like to accomplish related to these challenges with established timelines and accountability measures. Tai works with clients to generate a vision for the future state they are seeking and identify action planning steps to operationalize their vision.
